To succeed with property investment, you need to play the long game. But that can be hard to do when things seem uncertain or even scary in the short-term. 

Right now, there’s no shortage of things that might cause us concern – from rising interest rates and a slowing economy to foreign bank crises and the war in Ukraine. 

At such times, it can be tempting to think: ‘I’ll just hold back until all the storm clouds have disappeared. Once everything is fine – then I’ll start investing.’
