Is it better to invest in property or shares?
Actually, both can be excellent investments. And, for the sake of diversification, it might be prudent to invest in both asset classes.
If you’re like most Australians, you’re probably already heavily invested in shares, through your superannuation. So if you don’t have an investment property, you might want to think about getting one, to be diversified.
In other words, you don’t need to make a binary choice between property or shares – you can have property AND shares.
